Cons

Overlong recruitment, took 10 months in total. Too many pointless meetings. Too many people checking work so that even basic tasks take for ever. Values talked about daily but not put into practice. London office not diverse enough, mainly fast stream oxbridge. The fact that several dept members were on long term sick because of stress was not questioned. I left after 6 months.
