Pros

Pay deal over the next three years is pretty good. Holiday entitlement is good. Sick leave and maternity/paternity leave is good. Flexible working in most departments which is usually 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

Cons

Some poor management. Communication is lacklustre from senior management. Promotion from within is not possible.
