      - Perfect balance of autonomy and structure - Employees are very motivated and passionate about what they do - A real sense of value in the work being done - Clear vision and drive to deliver on that - Great benefits, office space, and flexible work life balance

      Pros

      There are a lot of smart people here. The facilities are decent, and they seem to care about their employees.

      Cons

      Our technical recruitment team is terrible. They are rude to candidates, miss appointments, fail to respond, etc. I've lost out on hires specifically due to our recruitment team. The technology is old, and we aren't moving fast enough to remain competitive.

      Pros

      Great benefits including a full in depth insurance plan, OPUS subscription etc. The opportunity to learn and also be remote is hard to find and executed well at Hopper.

      Cons

      Constant changes due to the status of “start up”, constantly receive negative feedback, and the management seems to lack the skills they need to aid the growing number of employees. There will be shifts in title without explanation and often it is not a good decision.
