My greatest challenge to date (I love a challenge)

Pros

Incredibly diverse, smart group of people. Competitive salary, infinite growth opportunities, chill work environment. There is a company wide drive seen in each and every person to see this thing succeed - it's contagious. Regardless of how hard, every step is in the forward direction, and every step forward feels gratifying for the work you put in. If you love to work, this job is for you, no matter the department.

Cons

This is a work in progress - if you're in it for instant gratification: do not pass go, do not apply. Strength of character will be necessary, as there are many bumps along the way. Company wide communication is an issue. Not many managers have much experience (and it shows, BUT - They really, really care about you, and improving their skills). Sometimes things can feel slow, sometimes changes at light speed.

Excellent People, Challenging Work, and room to improve

Pros

I can't stress enough how great the people are. The people I've met working here make up for any other past or future nonsense, hands down. The pay is quite competitive, and there are a few start-up style perks, like free food and coffee, which is great. The work is interesting and challenging and forces you to learn something new every day. If you enjoy constantly being challenged this is definitely a plus. The company is growing super fast, which means there's tons of opportunities for growth no matter where you start out.

Cons

The company is growing super fast which means that there are growing pains. For certain departments this means less than ideal schedule fluctuations and figuring things out as we go along. Roles can be a bit all over the place, as we're all still trying to figure out what needs to be done along with who needs to do it. The hiring and onboarding process is still being worked on, as the information that interviewees and newhires receive can be not quite as clear as it should be.
