      Pros

      Good salary, remote job, that's all.

      Cons

      Management is the main problem but they ignore that fact, firing complete teams and employees every two months, hoping the next ones will save the company. There is zero job security you can get fired any moment, incapable employees, I don't know how you find so many useless people, only a handful of employees are doing a good job.

      Base pay is great Work is fun I like the culture. I feel it's a mixed of pushing you to the limit without being toxic.

      Cons

      I like my team and my managers. But I don't think the executives are doing a good job.

      - Trully remote work with teams all around

      Cons

      - False unlimited PTO, used only to no pay what you should get - Horrible management, no feedback. People talk about "impact" of ICs but the managers have no idea how to measure that and are terrible at communicating - Constant layoff and fear of being fired, management is a fire squad - 0 communication from upper management, I have never heard a word from the CEo, didn't even know his name until the layoff news came out
