Pros

Competitive salaries. Remote work. Depending on the different teams you may find trust and independency. Constant salary and market reviews.

Cons

Some leaders will not care about your motivations or extra efforts you are doing. Tech debts will be always created and will be never paid even when it slows down the team at some point, you will have to work to have MVPs ready ASAP but will be hard to push to iterate improve the version (Because it will not genera revenue directly). Some leaders have high ego. So most of the wellness depends on the leader (If you are lucky you could end up having a good time there with some of the great leaders the company has).

The culture is tough love. If you can’t handle the fire, get out of the kitchen. It’s not for everyone.

Welcoming working environment Proffessional colleagues Fully remote work

Cons

Descisions were made quickly with little regard for consequences. Poor communication between different departments making the quick changes even worse. Unfortunately I got a very dissapointing manager in terms of technical knowledge or people managment skills.
