Cons

My take: executive leadership is probably hoping to rush an IPO/acquisition and leave. Regularly doing layoffs, killing off growth products to hyper focus on one thing, failing business relationships (e.g. Expedia, Booking, …). I think the company is in a downward spiral.

Base pay is great Work is fun I like the culture. I feel it's a mixed of pushing you to the limit without being toxic.

Cons

I like my team and my managers. But I don't think the executives are doing a good job.
