      Pros

      You get to work on the latest and advanced technology and features. Lots of learning and training opportunities. Chances of growth but depends on your management

      Cons

      Work culture not always in line with what you expect to be in a good organization. Huawei work environment varies with the country they operate in. Centralized organization with everything going through HQ. Company doesn't take care of its employees and their rights. Work life balance not guaranteed depending if your management is local or not.

      Pros

      * good payment * great team * Good PC and hardware Nice place for your first work. If you can sell your talents, you will be comfortable in Huawei.

      Cons

      * Sometimes ugly legacy code from Chinese teams * A lot of useless and stupid tests * bad communication with Chinese guys, somebody doesn't know English. * Awful management in some teams * Poor offices without any snacks, fruits, and coffee. (Some offices do not even have drinking water)
