A Giant still Humble and Customer Driven

Huawei is a true customer driven company always discussing and learning from customers and partners. Working in Huawei seems to work in a startup of 180.000 employees; Within boundaries the proactive attitude is very appreciated. The company is owed by the employees that would get great benefit from the growth on the company itself A Giant but still with a humble attitude. Despite being number one or number 2 in most of the areas covered, the approach to the market is meek and open to learn and discuss. Never arrogant. Great respect to the competitors where the approach is never to attach and put down the competitors
Cons
During the years I spent in Huawei I saw a big improvement in the culture gap but still there is a gap to cover. The management keep changing every 3-5 years and this makes difficult to truck the reason of specific decisions
