Pros

A great place to start as a fresher and the work place is very employee friendly. Flexible working hours with an option to work from home whenever required Had an opportunity work with IBM club, which is the employee initiative club with a lot events organized all through out the year. Got a chance to interact with all sort of backgrounds and experiences . This was a great learning experiences. Great training opportunities.

Cons

Not much flexibility in moving positions with in the organization. Promotion opportunities are pretty low.

No longer innovative , workforce is getting old and losing talent to competition .
