Pros

I get to work on some very cutting edge technology. I have learned a lot working here.

Cons

frequent managment change ( first line manager changes every year). Direction changes every quarter. Frequent layoffs. Every 6 months you wonder if you will still have a Job. many times good engineers are let go, and the ones that stay are less technical, but more 'connected'.
