-- Policy Driven company -- Wrk From Home -- Nice long term projects -- Great wrk environment

Cons

-- IBM should not consider people to work in same projects for more than 2 years -- People are working in IBM India, who are illegal citizens (Many such are reported in IBM Kolkata location) -- Dominated IBM Kolkata management. (Their we have a large set of waste fellows and many from Bangladesh) -- Make your people manager as God, else you are gone.

Salary on time. World's best process oriented firm(in docs), Work from home policy

Cons

Managers are very bad those are enough powerful to ruined anyone career. I wasted my 5 years in inspiration of getting long term Onsite. However Managers were well capable to transfer someone hard work to own loved one employees. Keep on giving false promises to retain the people but in actual employee get out dated in market in terms of Money also Monetary opportunities such as long term Onsite etc.
