Flexible working hours along with WFH access is the best.Most of the internal process is streamlined so you can concentrate on your work.Ideal for work life balance.

Cons

Lack of new projects is the major hurdle in IBM India.There are very few good projects. Very low increments are given.

Good atmosphere - Depends on the process you take. Good infrastructure - With it's massive work force you can expect a pretty good infrastructure. Friendly environment - Great people to work with! Massive knowledge database.

Cons

Low Pay - Seems like IBM is undergoing a pretty huge pay cut. Long working hours. Limited growth especially in support sectors. Favouritism amongst managers
