Pros

I am working in this organisation from last two years. Work environment is very good, we have various opportunity to learn new things. I really feels good to call myself an IBMer.

Cons

I have seen that lots of employees handling there particular role/technology alone without any backup & on very less package. I will blame senior managers for this..

Pros

IBM pays really well and has super flexible hours. As long as you get in your 8 hours each day, you're okay.

Cons

Because IBM is such a massive organization, some of the regulatory things that come with a big business can be a nuisance at times.
