Still run by the accountants, riff people that are over 100% utilized, if you know someone you get to maybe stay, if you aren’t too old you get to stay, if you don’t make too much money you might get to stay too….

If you love Tech Consulting, IBM is definitely an excellent place to work for. Lots of opportunities with diverse technology platforms. One can build a great career in consulting as long as you are customer centric and willing to go the extra yard.

Cons

You need to know how to navigate the system here. Those who are with the company for 15-20+ years, know how to manipulate the system and processes and can become blockers for you. But this is no different in many other places as well.
