Pros

If you have a Master’s Degree, know that this will equate to $10K above the normal base pay scale for that position. They also offer financial assistance toward earning your Master’s , and used to give a $10K raise upon completion. Not sure the policy now, but be sure to ask. Also know your stats if you are a woman/minority with a Master’s degree. Use that info to negotiate an extra $5K on your base salary. Don’t forget to also negotiate your starting bonus and your PTO. Good luck!!

Cons

Old ideology. Good ol’ boys club. Used to be very little racial diversity (other than Asian and Indian) and hardly any women. Hope that has changed.
