Pros

Your seniors will lack determination and will not push to do hard work either. basically its a company for those who want to chill and not do any hardwork.

Cons

The role I was hired for didn't really exist. somehow I managed to move to a good team but they never promoted me and I was there on the same salary for 5 years. It's not a very good company if you are looking for some monetary benefits, especially for early careers roles.

Pros

Good policies, Brand value, Smooth onboarding

Cons

Some projects are very hectic where you are required to work for 10+ hours. Due to limited number of resources, work pressure is very high.
