Pros

Great people to work with, strong product portfolio, good tools and infrastructure to support sales employees

Cons

Byzantine, layers upon layers, too slow, Execs are all IBM lifers (need more diversity there)

Pros

Hard working people that work hard trying to keep their jobs

Cons

The problem is management- so many mid level managers dont work with customers and have no idea what is going on. They are killing this company slowly but surely.

Pros

Amazing brand awareness and depth of product offerings. IBM offers great solutions to a variety of business problems and it is a solid company with a great reputation

Cons

A lot of red tape. Hard to do your job because you have a lot of administrative things to do. A lot of time wasted dealing with proceedural things instead of getting the sales made.
