Pros

Impossible to get fired, good brand because nobody outside the company knows what goes on inside the company

Cons

Zero respect for customers or employees, it's all about shareholder value. Poor pay, issues of compliance and organisational controls are given scant regard. Too many chiefs too few quality employees at the coal face.

Pros

The sales driving force is amazing. The review method is stunning. The sales training is worth. The sales process is detailed and good for running a business. The people is smart.

Cons

No innovation power. Matrix organization is making things harder and harder. Too realistic, always want a validate deal on the table. Sales driving is too crazy. Everyone in IBM is doing fakes and brainstorming for report. Not doing the things that matter. Advantage is going away. Everything needs process. Do not think to walk out the comfort zone, always wanna do existing deal in finance sector.
