Pros

1. Reasonably transparent, 2. Clear Structure, 3. Communicative

Cons

Our Company was acquired by IBM with the intention of offshoring operations. They have a simple business model of cost-cutting and take a cookie-cutter approach to acquisition. If you comply, it's relatively painless. Cannot speak to their business as a going concern but witnessed a lot of bureaucracy and inefficiency in the organisation.
