Pros

Great people willing to help and support you. Remote working has been part of their DNA for years. Shifted to open plan touchdown working in the offices to help with collaboration. Great flexibility to do a lot of different roles in IBM to grow your career

Cons

Outdated internal systems that require a lot of manual intervention as well as complex business processes that negatively impact the way in which you transact with the customer. A lot of great leaders have left the business as the operating model has become very frustrating. Duplication of cadence and reviews which waste time and seldom add value and impacts the ability to meet clients.
