Pros

IBM, is a very ethical company, proud of its history, IBM welcomes and practices inclusion, and is operating based on its own "business conduct guidelines". Basically, IBM as a company wants you to be, and do good. The main reason for that is not that IBM is afraid for claims or anything, it's just part of "IBM's DNA". IBM also welcomes 2-way open and transparent communication (feedback). There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow skills, and a good work-life balance can be maintained.

Cons

Salary levels are OK but not the highest compared to other companies. As IBM must reinvent itself regularly, people that do not adapt might become redundant and will then be "motivated" to leave the company.
