Pros

You will work with one many of the brightest, motivated, creative and loyal people that you will meet in your life. They offer a very complete benefits package. Many opportunities to work from home if that's important to you.

Cons

The large size presents many issues. The current matrix management model makes it difficult, if not impossible, to serve all managers. Most managers are responsible for large teams and frequently have lost touch with employees and work loads. Regardless of your contribution, be prepared to be evaluated to a matrix. IBM doesn't develop their employees.

Pros

My co-workers were always supportive as well as some of the management team. The atmosphere amongst the non-mangers is relatively good and most people get along. People are not out to get your job or step on you.

Cons

There isn't a tremendous opportuntiy to move up the ladder now a days. However, most of the managers do not give consistent feedback either good or bad. The employees need to hear from the managers mostly now with the down economy, so they don't have to look over their shoulders all the time. You don't want a team that is paranoid about losing their job.

Pros

If you can find time between the very long hours in sales, you can try to stay current with technology. The people you work with are all top notch, A team.

Cons

Very long hours. When you get home, you log right back on to do hours of email, conference calls, and adminstrivia. The level of inspection on each deal is absurd. The quotas are not attainable, just set high to control your earnings. Extreme pressure to make monthly goals. Administrative systems to track your attainment has been grossly inaccurate for years. This is handled out of Brazil, making it nearly impossible to rectify errors.
