Ability to work on site and remotely.

Cons

Benefits aren't improving. Networking and phone changes are ridiculous. ie.. they took all phones away during COVID. Network connections are closed if not used in 72 days. There's times we don't use certain ports then when we need them it's PAINFUL to get them working again.
