Pros
The office building in markham is one of the nicest campus to work in. Cubiclel or Personal Work Area is large with nice modern furniture, and has a sliding door that can be use to gain privacy and to concentrate on work. There are also plenty of meeting facilities and interview rooms where you can have conference call without disturbing others. Large leisure area such as the English library, the Asian Zen room and Muskoka theme cottage are all very nice facility. There is also an onsite gym with 4 treadmills, 2 step machines, and 2 elliptical machines. Since it's in the suburb, it means short commute everyday to go to work, no need to go downtown and get stuck in traffic.
Cons
High work pressure and little resources to do what needs to get done. At the same time, there are people who seems to just cruise along and contribute little.
