Pros

Watson is highly regarded for its ability to process and analyze massive amounts of unstructured data, a significant advantage for businesses dealing with complex information like medical records or legal documents.

Cons

Watson is often seen as an expensive platform. It's built for large enterprises and requires significant investment in licensing, implementation, and a team of specialists to set up and maintain the system. This makes it prohibitive for smaller businesses.
