Many Challenges coming from a diverse, changing and proud environment. Here you can learn how to make ends meet at a very high scale, interacting with teams in different time zones. Lot of enthusiasm and everyone treated with the highest respect.

Cons

Lack of organisation, business makes highly impacting decisions with very little technical advice. Agile is followed as a result of implementing ceremonies, rather than genuinely understanding the core principles.
