      Pros

      I would chose it again any time. People really care about each other and I feel the company makes great efforts in providing the employees with best possible framework. Ideas and improvements are recognized and often implemented.

      Cons

      The company has been growing rapidly and while this confronts us employees with the issue of having to grow into the new shoes here and there (new processes and tools), this is still not too bad and I still feel, that the process is well designed and works most of the times.

      Dynamic, fast paced, many opportunities

      Cons

      If you don't speak up and push hard, you will be left behind unless you are lucky with the specific people that represent you like your line manager and engagement lead.

      Pros

      Payment is fine, work environment is good, people are mostly nice, although there are heavily pressured projects, atmosphere is relaxed. Recommended if you want a no-frills position.

      Cons

      Unmotivated staff, bland products and run-of-the mill tasks, outdated product portfolio, large legacy projects, old technologies. It looks like that after the acquisition by IBM it could be a "factory for also-ran deals". Lot of old staff leaving.
