      Pros

      Good leadership in NA for a time who knew how to win business.

      Cons

      Good leadership all got pushed out and/or fired. Global has much power, but no connection to NA. Driven more by ego and cronyism than what's right for the business. Acquisition was ill-conceived; didn't do their homework now stuck with a bunch of unhappy people on both sides.

      Pros

      You can make a lot of money if you have no skills and a gift of gab.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't listen at all. No one is managing anyone. Having to find your own work within an archaic 400k person place is a bit daunting. No ownership or constructive criticism. Everything is run by the salespeople with no regard for anyone who is not directly involved in getting their contract signed.
