      Great place to work

      Pros

      Great co-workers. I liked most of my managers. The atmosphere is fairly positive. Decent IT department.

      Cons

      Pay is so-so. Benefits are lousy. Mass transit is a pain because it's a mile from the train station (not fun on a rainy day) and the so-called "light rail" only runs like every 45 minutes or whenever they feel like it. Lots of charming bodegas.

      Pros

      I learned about Channel management and creative ways you can grow 80% gross margin business.

      Cons

      Playing politics within the sales organization was bit challenging especially when turnover was bit high. Not enough time to develop relationships

      The pay is reasonably good, there is never a dull moment and you're not really expected to do anything.

      Cons

      There is no training and basically no management. The politics is insane.
