Very multi-cultural friendly workplace and atmosphere. Professional and corporate but family oriented. An out-of-the box thinking telecommunications company.

Cons

Downtown Newark traffic is a pain.

Pay was average, no real projects so not much stress

Cons

No real projects, only slight modifications and debug of earlier designs. Company hasn't figured out what they want to do. Constantly buying and selling divisions with 30-100 people which stops ALL decision making until the deal is done, then 6 months of restructuring afterward.
