      Pros

      Working for IDT afforded me the opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skill set by utilizing my already acquired skills, as well as challenging me by bringing me into their legal and HR depts. The staff was very welcoming and willing to always help to allow for growth.

      Cons

      There were few cons that I can think of. My reason for leaving was a personal one, and had nothing to do with the company.

      good work culture and environment good benefit company still has large cash reserve and some products are still bringing in revenues

      the market size of money making products are shrinking location is away from the center of silicon valley company tend to hire more contractors
