We are glad you thought IDT was a great place to work. Although we value our employees greatly, we are also compelled to adhere to market forces which sometimes lead to optimizing our cost structure and the elimination of certain positions. We do have a severance policy that rewards employees for long term service with IDT. We endeavor to develop employee training programs to help our employees continue to improve their skillsets and we offer tuition reimbursement to assist employees with continuing their education and professional development.
