      Pros

      My overall experience at IDT's net2phone division has been a positive one: - Considerate management - Engineers have a strong voice - Excellent work-life balance - People are friendly and helpful - OK compensation

      Cons

      Some of the engineering teams at IDT/net2phone are stretched thin, making it hard to keep up with feature development. Sometimes we are forced to cut corners and tech-debt can become issue. Performance reviews are virtually non-existent.
