      None really. Management is the real problem.

      Everything is a mess. Management is toxic and abusive. Co workers are like zombies, burned out and quiet as mummies.

We strive to provide a workplace that is positive and not toxic and we wish you would have discussed your feelings while you were employed because perhaps we could have assisted you. We attempt to have regular feedbackprocess inside the company, and an open door policy with HR and management. Fortunately, we have not received similar feedback but if we do, we will promptly address it. We wish you a work environment that respects your skills, your voice, and your well-being. We are sorry you did not experience that during your time with us.
