Competitive and if you are not on your toes to produce , could result in dismissal, often you are in a certain department and though you have other valuable skills it is very difficult to move to other areas within the company

1) It's in Newark. Don't try to stay late because its dangerous. 2) Back in the day (more so then than now) people were hired into Senior roles because they knew someone not because they had a clue how to run a business. These people would have been SEVERAL levels below their current position in any other company. Unfortunately, some of these people are still around and are still playing "business". every guy walks around like he is the "rain maker" and without him the business would not survive.-HA! 3) can be a pro in some circles but heavy drinking in the middle of the day...if someone had a birth or some other event...instead of going out after work, bottles were broken out (and finished) during work...and tehn people would go back to work.
