      Pros

      It is a product company with variety of technologies under the hood and you can find it interesting working with real problems creating services that add value to the customer

      Cons

      too much auxiliary tasks probably because of too many firings among knowledge keepers in US because of cost reduction and current ones secure their positions by keeping you away from the product (politely)

      Great ideas, lack of follow through.

      Company perks, I.E. Parking, catered lunches and happy hours. Vision for innovative ideas.

      Cons

      Lack of follow through, structure and accountability. Communication within the company is dismal at best. No synergy between teams. No one will respond to issues reported to senior management.
