      Pros

      Colleagues are all really nice and welcoming. As a relatively new employee I have found everyone at IDT is always willing to help. Very entrepreneurial environment with lots of new businesses expanding rapidly.

      Cons

      A little bit to unstructured of an environment and some growing pains in my area of the company (but I am getting used to it and progress is being made everyday).

      Good community and Competitive salary. I've goat a lot of production experience after nonsense startups I was working on in previous companies.

      Cons

      Legacy code, since company is pretty old.
