Good benefits, lots of great people, and decent company culture

Cons

Workload, life balance. Management wants to look efficient, but doesn’t seem to invest money on customer facing employees. No enough transparency. Very reactive management, employees are pushed to the limit

Time/attendance policy is incredibly rigid and ridiculous, and management plays favorites and does not apply the rules to everyone equally.
