      There are no pros for this company.

      Cons

      Working environment was not good. Bucharest managers use to swear and say bad words. Colleagues where always nervouseand could not have a relation ship with them.

      Pros

      Cheap health insurance and friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No room for advancement, low pay, all about management and sales, no work life balance and very micromanaging. Bonus is a joke unless your a manger or a technical account manager

      Pros

      - Global company with colleagues all around the world - Nice colleagues

      Cons

      - Forced employees to go to offices during Covid pandemic (except for a few months during very high peaks). Putting masks on was not a requirement. Every day they check if you are in the office. Yes, just like high school. - No allowance to work from home and barely got any equipment. - No work/life balance. - Never seen hard working employees so poorly treated. - High employees turn-over (due to the above points)
