Pros

Some individuals put a lot of effort into making things work which has a positive impact. The drive to shift to an agile way of working is impressive for a major bank. Good training is provided. People who struggle in their personal lives are tremendously well taken care of and supported.

Cons

Whole departments are outsourced to countries with poor working conditions to cut costs. Some tech and practices are decades behind today's best practices. There's an enormous amount of inefficient bureaucracy around IT.
