Too many vendor systems for crucial business processes which cause most of the problems and as developers we can not quickly fix, resulting in work arounds.

Cons

Super into projects at work like process improvements. They call it Stretch Ambition. it would really stretch you because it's on top of your BAU and you would really not be given with non-prod hours for it. So you have to be creative in terms of finding time to complete your projects.
