      Great company to gain valuable experience

      Pros

      -a lot of hands on learning in a constructive and collaborative environment. -benefits seem to be above industry average -hours are manageable making for a decent work/life balance -the brand recognition is gaining traction after a successful IPO only a year ago

      Cons

      -there is some disconnect between a the different sections of the company -upper management tends to focus more on the insurance side -the overall company seems to be a little slow moving, but are on the right track

      Voya (ING) is a large company with a strong brand. It has a strong history of supporting community involvement and employee networks at all levels.

      Cons

      The company has experienced significant change in the past few years. Senior management appears to lead by numbers that they do not understand. Management by fear is prevalent in parts of the organization. Actions are inconsistent with words.
