Pros

Good work and life balance, competitive compensation and benefits, one of the leaders on European market

Cons

Priorities change constantly, senior management takes too long to make critical decisions and when things are finally decided, the decisions often change completely. Clear vision for where the company is headed is missing. Opportunities for growth are limited.

Pros

Loved my immediate co-workers in my department and in departments which I closely worked Bonuses can be good in profitable years Cafeteria and small gym on-site

Cons

Work/like balance can be good IF you get in to the right department. Company culture is changing though so that working virtually or work from home situations are being eliminated. After lay-offs they don't replace people. More work is expected with less people. Health benefits stink - they only offer high-deductible plans
