More insular in their thinking. Not invented here syndrome. recent financial crisis has forced the hand of senior management of offering non globally competitive compensation packages which limits their access to a global talent pool

Cons

The company has experienced significant change in the past few years. Senior management appears to lead by numbers that they do not understand. Management by fear is prevalent in parts of the organization. Actions are inconsistent with words.
