I hate working here

Pros

Fellow staff, the location of the Sydney office and social events e.g Christmas party, WOW and development days.

Cons

Bad leadership, mass resignations, low pay and pressure to meet daily commitments. Passive aggressive managers that micromanage and do not follow the ‘Orange Code’. Career advancement limited and staff burn out. You’re a number and you’re constantly reminded that you’re lucky to have a job during COVID 19.
