Freedom to work as you want to is nice. There is low pressure to meet extraordinary sales goals. Good product-based back-office staff. Good brand for retirement plans. Software isn't bad.

Cons

Sponsor Plan market characteristics have correlation with income- not all are created equal! But from advisory standpoint, any group business isn't your business.

great company to work for. Great vacation time off, increases with the time you work for them. Options for medical and health benefits.

Cons

stressful job position, but great company. Lines of communication can be blurred as it is such a large company although they have developed online web tools to help ease this.
