Pros

Very large financial services company with ample opportunity in any aspect of the business. Competent management team who seem to listen to employees concerns. Goal structured personal development.

Cons

Uncertainty about the future of the company. Merger with Citistreet has left a great deal of uncertainly with the legacy CS employees as locations close and jobs merge with legacy ING.

Pros

Great work life balance, great benefits, laid-back work place. Gym on site. Ability to work from home when necessary (manager discretion).

Cons

Promotions and work flow is often dictated by your location. ING is scattered across the U.S. and although they preach cross-site collaboration, it is not always the case.

Pros

Good place to start your career and get trained in the financial services industry. Opportunity to have exposure to great resources, talent and training from all of ING.

Cons

Senior Management has done company restructuring approximately every six months for the past several years. If you like constant change, then this is your place to work!
