Pros

One of the few places to work on wall street where you maintain a work life balance. The place is not cut throat like most places on the street.

Cons

The compensation is well below the norm, many people are working for the company as a transition into retirement and are not motivated to perform well due to poor compensation structure

Pros

Friendly culture Friendly employees Good people are recognised.

Cons

Pay and bonus is below market. Reactive to managing employees' compensation expecations and not pro-active. Expats or foreigner counterpart have super inflated ego over their local/asian colleagues
