      Pros

      very supportive and long term oriented , conservative and conscious about society and giving back to the world. team work is highly appreciated

      Cons

      very slow in responding to new facts, takes forever to make a decision, sometimes it becomes obsessed with compliance and risk management on the expense of doing business. democracy sometimes is not good in work , leadership and decisiveness is highly needed.

      Old School Environment in Need of Change / Turnover

      Good benefits, generous PTO plan, Volunteer Time Off, Nice camps

      Cons

      Everything is a fire-drill, Finance is a "do as you are told" type of environment with very little leadership thinking. Recently IPO'd and new C-Suite has a great vision but the leadership level beneath are not on board and prevent changes from occurring. Very long tenures of senior management so they don't necessarily understand modern companies' best practices.
